This tasting is led by the gent of Kilkenny, whiskey enthusiast and juggling barman; Chris Hennessy. Chris will embark on a trail of Irish Whiskey history using some exciting new products. For those who want more than just whiskey on a Monday night, this has it all.

Exploring the 1300s style through Aqua Vita. Dabbling in the 1600s with Poitín – Peated & Oaten Malt, Barley. Then scrapping the 1800s style of Bonders Peated Malt. Experimenting in the 1900s with Non-Traditional Oak Casking, through to the 1980’s with Vintage Malt. And culminating in the 2000s with a Belfast Whiskey Week EXCLUSIVE!!!!
