We are ecstatic to announce and determined to celebrate with a Festival atmosphere the Launch of Connacht Irish Whiskey: the fist of its kind in over 100 years in the West of Ireland.

This Exclusive tasting will introduce to the World; Connacht’s First Ever Single Malt Pot Still Irish Whiskey, distilled in their wonderful Distillery in quaint town of Ballina in County Mayo. Along with special guests, we will also be joined by the team at Connacht who have hand crafted this historic spirit and have had a dream turn into a reality.
